If you book an appointment of 5 hours or more, and fail to show up or cancel within 4 hours prior notice, then you are responsible for payment in full.
By booking a session of that length or more, you are agreeing and bound to my terms.
If you book an appointment and do not show and notify me of a cancellation, I will not take your bookings nor speak to you in the future.
